BRIEF: For the six months ended 30 June 2007, Pharmaceutical Product Development, Inc.'s revenues increased 12 percent to $682.2 million. Net income increased 8 percent to $84.6 million. Revenues reflect an increase in sales from development division and higher sales from reimbursed out-of-pocket sales. Net income was partially offset by an increase in research & development expenses, higher selling, general & administrative expenses and increased depreciation expenses.
